At OnetoOne Gym, we take pride in our brand new fitness studios. There are three in total. One of which is a fully equipped spin studio with classes taking place there many times a day. We also have a boxing room with padded flooring and some punchbags where you’re able to train throughout the day. Furthermore, there is a multi-function fitness suite that is equipped with dumbbells and kettle bells. This room is also used throughout the day for classes.

We run over 50 classes every week. These include spin classes, HRT indoor cycling, body-pump classes, pilates, yoga, mobility classes, mixed martial arts(MMA) and boxercise and lots more!
